PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS FOR DELIVERY TIMES DUE TO COVID-19, INCLUDING EXPRESS POST.
By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
All orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard - $10.00 AUD
Express - $15.00 AUD

Express Post: 1-3 business days
Standard Post: 2-6 business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
If you haven't received a tracking email from us, please contact email@example.com – please include your order number. We will be able to follow this up for you.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place, if for some reason it seems unsafe they will leave a card and take your parcel to your local Australia Post office or attempt redelivery.
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, It’s A Lot Podcast cannot offer reimbursement for this package. If you have entered the incorrect postal address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your new address.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (including masks), or gift cards.
There are certain situations where we are not able to grant refunds: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com - please include your order number and proof of purchase. A team member will get back to you to discuss your refund. There is no guarantee the item/size you are wanting to exchange for will be available.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
